Your order will typically ship within 1-3 business days. Please note that we are closed on Mondays.

***If you are ordering gifts for the holidays please place you order ASAP. We cannot control any delays caused by mail carriers. We cannot guarantee your packages will arrive by a certain date. If you would like to overnight a package, please message us for more info at 917-710-6023.


The shipping methods we use are USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground. Larger items will typically be shipped out via UPS. If you need your order shipped out with a specific carrier please let us know or leave a note at check out or contact us at 917-710-6023.

Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out (due to delays from COVID, updates may take longer).

 *Any order placed including pre-order or special order items as well as non-pre-order or non-special order items will not ship until all of the pre-order or special order items have arrived. Embroidered items may take 2-3 weeks to come in. Acrylic special orders may take 2 weeks to come in. If you need your order sooner, please contact us to see if it can be rushed. 

Note: If you place two orders shipping to the same address our system will automatically combine the orders so that they ship together in one package.
