Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE: 

We do our best to keep an accurate inventory on our website, but being a small boutique some exceptions do apply. Quantities are extremely limited. Get it, don’t regret it!

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY:

HTB Boutique will accept returns and exchanges for a store credit ONLY from unworn, unwashed, unaltered items with all original tags within 14 days of you receiving your items. No refunds are available. This is a strict deadline--we will not accept any returns after the 14 days. If you ordered your items online, you have two weeks from the date the items were delivered to send them back. The package MUST be dated by the postal service before the 14 days are up or the return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to send items back for returns. If you ordered your items for pick up, you have two weeks from the date the items were purchased to make a return.

Return/Exchange Policy:

- Please contact us before sending any products back via email or phone call/text.  

- All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached.

- No returns/exchanges will be accepted on garments with makeup and/or deodorant stains. Please be cautious of this when trying on your items. 

- For any shoe returns: Shoes purchased must be returned in a packaging box. They must be shipped in another box to protect the original shoe box. Shoes must be unworn. 

- In order to serve you most efficiently, please call or text us at 917-710-6023 if you need to return an item or exchange out a size (our inventory goes quickly). We cannot hold items for exchanges. We must have the items back first before we can exchange. 

- We do not cover the cost to return an item back to us. We suggest that you return in a flat rate box or envelope so there is tracking. INCLUDE a note with the original name on the order, your order number, and your phone number. Once we receive your return, we will text you to issue a store credit or ship out your exchange. All shipping expenses are paid by the customer. We are not responsible for any lost packages that are sent back to us.  

- Once our shipping department receives the return, it will be thoroughly inspected to make sure all criteria is met. Once it is approved, an exchange will occur or store credit will be applied to your account. If criteria is not met, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense. If criteria is met, you will be issued a store credit within 1-3 business days (expires after one year from the date it was issued). We will send you an email or text confirmation once the store credit has been processed.

- Please note, once a package is scanned as "delivered" by the postal service or the delivery person, we are no longer responsible for any package that goes missing. 

-If a package is refused, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from your store credit. 

- If you return items to us after the 2 week deadline, we will charge a restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the shipping charge to send the items back. 

- Jewelry, bodysuits, intimates, and candy/food items are all FINAL SALE.

- All "sale items" are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. All sale items are FINAL SALE. Clearance/Sale/Flash Sale items are FINAL SALE.

- Special order items are considered Final Sale and promo codes may not be used. Embroidered items will take 2-3 weeks to be come in. Acrylic special ordered items can take up to 2 weeks. If you need your item faster, please contact us to see if it can be done.

- Distressed items are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

- We only ship within the continental United States.

- Promo Codes or Coupons may not be used with pre-order items or custom items.

- Any order placed including pre-order or special order items as well as non-pre-order or non-special order items will not ship until all of the pre-order or special order items have arrived.

- Store Credits and gift cards cannot be used towards any designer items.
